Citizen Inquires and Complaints
Any citizen who has questions regarding the conduct of a member of this Office, or wants to file a complaint, may contact the on-duty Patrol Division Watch Commander by calling 630-407-2400. If the Watch Commander is out of the office, please leave your
name, phone number, and a message. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
Complaints can also be filed using the form below. If you choose to use this method, the form must be handed into the Administration Office found on the second floor of the Sheriff's Office.
